Nailbombs - My Gig (video)
« on: May 23, 2006, 01:35:35 AM »
Well I think that it's time that I posted a clip if my Nailbombs on the forum. This is a vid of my band at a local competition. We were the only band there that didn't play metal, and we actually had some tone  :twisted: .

I am the player on the far left next to the singer (look for the hair), and the least visible. Most of the sound is coming from me, but you can hear a bit of our lead guitarist, who should be getting some Emeralds soon :twisted: .

Setup:
Schecter Blacjack w/ Nailbombs --> Modded Boss DS-1 distortion --> Fender 212R on clean w/ Treble: 7, Mid: 8, Bass: 9.5

Sorry for the poor quality, not my camera. Someday I'll figure out how to use this recording gear I got for my B-day.

Here is another vid of us:

Thanx, I've been working on that tone for about 6 months now :? . I still don't think I have it quite right yet, but then again I don't think that anybody ever does :lol:

Yeah, the singer and the lead guitarists volume was not our fault. You can't see it but we are actually miced. The sound crew totally f-ed up our sound, I was supposed to be sort of a rythm section, and I can use my volume knob for extra punch on my intro's, but they made me the loudest. I couldn't tell because the speakers were 10ft out ahead of me. But someone in the crowd told us we were the best High School band he had heard, so I guess the BKP's did their job  :twisted: .
