Got a bit bored tonight so I thought I'd write one of those slow cheesy solos that you find in the middle of powermetal songs, turned out better than I'd thought it would   All was done on neck Mule, cleans though the V-Amp 2 "Black Twin" patch and leads on the Modern Hi Gain (Soldano) patch.

Enjoy  :D

Edit - I just did a quick rock clip on the bridge Mule using the V-amps van halen style amp patch as Canadian Steve asked if I had any.. I quite like the tone and am pretty pleased with the song :D

Really sweet sounding!  I think I'm sold on the neck Mule.  Any clips like this done on the bridge Mule would be very welcome.  Thanks a lot!

Tom, if you don't have any Spandex or a Perm, go out and get both NOW!
That is CHEESE whizz!
Very good indeed. Hate the memory of that power ballard 80's poopoo, but very good rendition though. Got my hackles up anyway :)

Now, don't do it again! ROFLMAO

there's a cable show here, VH1 and VH1 classic. All month has been Metal Month. An observation was made on said program of late that I had never really thought about but is true with my buying taste in the aformentioned 80's. If it had a Ballad, it was'nt "true" metal LOLOLOLOL.
Had a point, the "formula" at the time was, put out first single, put out second single "the ballad", sit back and count money  :(

:D Oi !!

You taking the P*ss out of my power Metal instrumental "Kong" having a quite slow middle bit in it !!

LOL

 :D  8)

PS I`ve heard this cr@p about things not being Metal if they have a ballard or slow song. The truth is most radio stations woudn`t give airplay to Metal acts & the only way they could let people no they existed was to realese ballads. In many ways this is still the case here in the UK at least on mainstream radio.
God I could do with a Gin & Tonic !

HAHAHAHAHA

tone was PERFECT!

Got my bandana out and put hairspray in :)

Actually admit to owning cpl. GLAM albums (Crue etc.) just "in general" not my cup of tea.

Still enjoy a GOOD "cheesy" riff though bud :)

JT, was just qouting an American Musician (I remembered, it was actually Mr. PMRC hater himself, Dee Snider ROFLMAO).
