Although I don't own any of their pedals, MI Audio have a great reputation for reasonably priced boutique stuff and seem to ship anywhere in the world for only $10 US. Good sound clips on their site, too:

I just never see the old lovetone gear listed, and some of it is fantastic. I used to have a Big Cheese as well, which was just stoner-fuzz heaven, with added sonic chaos.

The Okko Diablo is supposed to be a high grade pedal. It cost about 200$.

I'm loving the sound of their Crunchbox and Tube Zone pedals.. Another pedal that seems good is the Plexi-Drive by www.indyguitarist.com
