Finally got some Pedalboard pics.
« on: June 07, 2006, 06:37:11 PM »
Hey guys.

I finally got some pictures taken of my pedalboard just incase anyone was/is interested:

and it's all powered by this little box here:

My signal chain is:

modded Vox Wah - Marshall ED1 Compressor--BOSS TU2 Tuner--Fulltone Fulldrive 2--G2D Custom Overdrive--EMMA ReezaFRATzitz or modded Tubescreamer--BOSS CE5 Chorus Ensemble--Ibanez DE7 Delay/Echo--Fulltone Fat Boost

As soon as I can afford to buy a 3 channel WOBO Looper pedal this will be my pedalboard arrangement:

Sorry for the long winded post, hopefully it's not been too boring a read :D

I didn't mod the wah myself, it was kind of a joint effort between myself and someone I know on another forum that mods wahs to spec.

Mine was a standard 847 wah but since then it's been modded for true bypass, had a Fulltone pot and a new inductor fitted (improves the wah tone apparently),a customised circuit board (designed by the other guy but with my suggestions for what tone I wanted) and it also has  external controls for gain and 'Q'.

The Q allows me to fine tune the sweep of the wah and is very vocal sounding aswell :)

Nice!

How do you find the Diago power supply? I'm thinking of getting one.

I really like it :)

I had problems with my original 1 and grounding issues, but James at Diago looked into the problems I was having and had the company that build them for him change and upgrade the design of the unit so that I didn't have any more problems.

I definitely recommend Diago and their products :)

Cool board. One question? Not having a go, but why not build a board that is a little less cluttered cord wise? By build I mean actually using wood, glue, screws, power tools, etc. and taking the cords and shortening them down so everything is really neat? Your design is quite good, but the cords are a little cluttered and when I had a board and used several boxes, the cords would get caught under the pedals, thus the pedal not turning on. Just a question and a precaution from my experience, again not being a dick or having a go at you Brother.  8)

You are correct sir. It's an Electro Harmonix Pedal bag :)

When I take the Wah and compressor off, the lid just zips on and then it's very portable :)

Thanx for the post.

This is a pre-bought bag that I just velcro'd my pedals into :)

When I can afford to buy a looper I'm building a brand new board and making it alot neater and tidier :)
