Has anyone heard it and what are your thoughts?
I think it is fanfriggin'taxelent!!!!

Bob Rock has done some fine work with the band.
Hang on ...wait its not released untill the 26th, How did I get a copy???? 8)

lol! havent heard much their new stuff...

but i loved start something... and a lot of their older stuff as well...

im less fond of the recent stuff ive heard though...

I've seen their new video on scuzz/kerrang...

Ugh.

I thought they were nu-metal...

oh yeah, that was their first album, when that was popular.

Then their second album was kinda like mainstream/alternative modern wuss-rock... (along the lines of the foo fighters, with a bit more wuss thrown in)

Now they've gone emo, since it's big now. Have you seen the hairstyles? :lol:

Ugh. Total sell-outs. And I didn't even like them to begin with, though fake sound of progress was alright.

Hmmm.

Obviously you're knowledge starts and stops with image!

The Lost Prophets have always had their core sound and even on the third album  that remains, they were never a NU-Metal band and just cause they have a bit of a fringe does not = Emo.

unfortunately for LP, Shinobi vs Dragon nija was their only good song. ITs goone from bad to worse, or well, emo to more emo! THE HORROR!

Also the singer looks like the child catcher from chitti chitti bang bang in the new video.

nah, not flaming, if you like 'em, good on you. I just can't stand 'em. And I think it's a little hypocritical to say I'm going by image. I don't have a blonde asymmetrical fringe to sell more records...

Firstly I think you need to look up the definition of the word "hypocritical"before putting it randomly into any further sentences!!! :D

I have the original copy of the fake sound... before they got signed to a major and it got remixed for the worst. Damn good album actually. So simple to play along with though, all one finger drop D riffs. But yesh, they change to follow the trend. And they ARE NOT EMO.


Yes I like some old school proper emo music. And I haven't got a sweepy fringe or I am not a pussy, wanna fight about it?
