When did BKP start offering gold slugs?
« on: July 30, 2006, 12:50:42 AM »
On there humbuckers? I knew that gold screws could be had, but last time I asked they were not an option.

I just picked up some VHII's today for one of my PRSi and was pleasantly surprised to see this development.

Looking forward to hearing the VHII's in this PRS. The one I have in my Strat  provides my favourite tones out of the guitars I own. :)
VHII's, Nailbomb's & Irish Tours :-)

I have VHII's in my PRS Artist and they sound great.  When I got mine (early 2005), you couldn't get gold slugs, so I have gold screws in the cream coils and black slugs in the black coils.  The split sounds on the PRS sound excellent with the VHII's. I am sure this setup will provide more of your favourite tones.
So many pickups, so little time
