Players section query: "No post mode specified" er

I've just been trying to upload a clip as an attachment in the Players section, which I've done successfully various times before, but now seem to be getting an error "No post mode specified".  I go back to look at my draft submission page, but can't figure out what I should be doing.  Any ideas about what blindingly obvious thing I'm presumably missing?

OK, just to answer my own question (in case anyone else ever needs to know), I think I was simply trying to upload a file that was way to large :).  It seems to be happier now that I've chosen a smaller file size!
