« on: June 08, 2005, 04:24:11 PM »
I placed an order for my mule on saturday or sunday (cant remember which :P ) and i receieved an email from BKP @securesite solutions .com or something, with my order details in it. I was just wondering if I should have got a confirmation email or something as i normally do with orders...

I didn't recieve a confirmation either when I ordered my Crawlers. But sure enough, I got the pickups in 5 days.

No worries!

yeah, i cant remember if i got confirmation email or not, but i do remember being a little worried like you too. but there really is nothing to worry about, Tim, Ol, Steve May & co are all very helpful and trustworthy!

EDIT: i just checked my hotmail, i did get a confirmation from 'bareknucklepickups@securesitesolutions.com', but i think it took a ilttle while to come through. either way, im sure all will be fine! :)

The secure site solutions is our confirmation-once you get that it means we've got the order. It auto generates when I recieve your order and we process it from there and start on your pickups.

Standard Gibson LEs Pauls are usually 50mm. Some tailpieces are 52mm. 52mm is Fender spacing. :P

Modern LP bridge p/ups can be 52mm so it's always worth measuring from E to E pole across the strings to make sure.

I used 50mm on 52mm spacing for ages, until BKP started doing 52mm spaced pickups, wasn't as much of a big deal as I thought. Still got a 50mm miracle man on a guitar with a Floyd, slight , very slight loss of the E strings, but only noticable clean really.
