After a looong wait that seemed endless I finally took it home for a one-week test drive. It still needs a front and a back panel (the files are ready to be printed), different knobs and two more mini switches but Hackman wanted that I test it first in a number of different settings and make a wishlist - slight changes to EQ, gain and things like that, to finetune the amp to my taste. Here are two pics:

It's a prototype combo, ~40W, EL84's (military stuff), two channels: Clean - 1st channel of the Diezel VH4, OD - 3rd channel of the VH4, both tweaked to match the EL84's. Everything's handwired, quoting a friend it looks like the Death Star from inside - lots of stuff but everything in strict order.

It's built like a tank. I'll take some photos of the wiring when it's finished. 1x12" cab with Celestion Classic Lead. Large reverb tank. Bright switch (clean channel), Boost (OD channel, it's a volume/gain boost). The footswitch will have four buttons: Channel, Boost, Reverb and Mute.
This amp's simply amazing... I think I'll spend the next day playing, playing and playing. :D I'll post some more pics, maybe a few clips, too, and a review when it's ready. :)
