Calling bikers in here!
« on: August 11, 2006, 06:07:27 AM »
As an ex-despatch rider and all that I was thinking you guys in here would like to know that I'm shooting photos for various bike magazines in just over a week on the 2nd Cannonball Bike Run'

The destination is top secret at the moment.

I've got a web page to post a daily edit of photos into this year as last year in was all a bit last minute.

I'll post you the addy as soon as I know me-self!

Official site is http://www.cannonballbikerun.com

That image with the wings on is one of mine, well the photo is. The angel of death part was mac'd up later by a man like our 'Caffine'!

All the little photos dotted around are mine from last year, man the sites got all creative much better than it was!

Should be a fun!

Is he?! Nice one!!  :D What sort of work does he do?  8)

I just couldn't get enough work in when I tried to smash down the doors of it, even though I had a few contacts. Lot's of bad luck really!

I did have a bloke getting me Premier League Football passes once via a Communist Publication of alll things! Sadly he was struck down with the big C but made a full recovery.

A friend of mine has a house in the surf community on the Atlantic Side of Southern France and lives there all summer surfing and earning! Oh well, back to the skips in half an hour!!

My bro does bands glamour and celebs but not as papparazzi. He is a partner in a swanky west end company. He has a contract with that posh hospital where all the celebs have their kids and they take the pics for the families. He is bloody excellent at it I must say- pretty good bass player too and a lovely bloke.

Wow he sounds really cool!  8)

It's a great way to earn if you can keep it all coming in OK. Hmm, perhaps my recent good luck will shine on in photography and I can give up hgv work! Then I'll get fat and lazy!

I used to chase after the ££ in corporate entertainment via motor sport and xtreme sports events as it's a good way to cut your teeth. Lot's of logistics involved though and a lot of snobby sods who waste your time and expence but really good fun, not as much as the commissions though when you get to call all the shots!
