Gig pics -- NYC July 2006

These pics are from a few gigs ago; just got em this weekend.
I believe the gig was 22 July, 2006. The venue was Wild Spirits in NYC.
As you can see from the pics, the place was very dark, and ubeliveably hot inside!!

You have some great pics in there Ben! It does come over hot! Who took those for you? I like a bit of movement in gig shots, when it's all flashed out it doesn't give you the atmosphere.  8)

that GL sig is a nice guitar. I love 80's stuff. I blame it on all the cartoons I watched in the 80's when I was about 6, they all had 80's metal soundtracks, which was awesome! :D

and is that an info sheet telling you how to do the heimlich maneuver on the wall? :D

haha, nah, there's a poster on the wall in the second or third pic EDIT: fourth, entitled "choking".  :lol:

It has an interesting change over the standard neck with locking nut.  When I was fitting it I left the original nut slot and cut for the locking nut further back.  This means the strings pass over a standard nut for the intonation and action setup (much easier than having to shim a locking nut!).
