If you use (for example net transport) you can download the audio stream and convert from real audio to whatever.

Radio 6 is digital radio and internet (also available on sky and digital TV).

Personally my favourite programme on there is the Freak zone (loads of zappa and beefheart) but the rock show has improved over the last few months.

62 meg (in RealAudio larger if you want it as a mp3) is a little large for gmail.

I can send it on CD or if anybody has a site I can it I can upload it (PM me).

Unfortunitely I cannot get away with bittorrent or emule in work and I don't have broadband @ home.
