Lack of sustain in guitar port
« on: September 08, 2006, 04:47:18 PM »
I know this is a long shot but does anyon here use guitar port? I've got a basic setup on it, JMP amp setting, 4x12 cab bit of reverb, no noisegates or other stuff. Anyway when I play a note it kind of cuts out after a while making it really hard to sustain anything. I was wondering if maybe this is just a side effect of direct input or I flubbed the wiring on the guitar, god knows its probably some software settings.

Mine dont do it - but I cant see what could be wrong - have you tried recalibrating the hum reduction thingy.
