The Duke Spirit - Cuts Across The Land (bought because I liked one of their videos, but the CD's boring)
Kick Axe - IV (great band, shoulda been huge!)
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds

Can I tell you something? I must tell you one thing!! PDT_008

One of my all-time favourite records, and it gets played at least once per week by me. So many great tracks on the first 5 Kansas albums!!

I want to listen to silence but the girl two doors down in my student acc. is blasting her music so loud I'm being constantly battered with RnB beats..

Plus she does this at 4 in the $%&#ing morning too.

I'm getting into Kansas again at the moment - I've had 4 or 5 of their albums on vinyl for many years, but only a couple on CD.  Thought it was about time I caught up.

I bloody love Kansas, I do.

There's a fantastic cover band locally who do and outrageously good version of Carry On My Wayward Son. If only they'd do some of the less well known belters.

Currently, I have Wolves in the Throne Room on. Who aren't quite in the same vein.

I woke up early for some reason(bearing in mind I was in late from a gig) and put on a Johnny Hiland album. First time I have really listened to it though it was on the Ipod for several months. He can certainly play-not entirely to my taste but I will certainly learn from it.

The Hellacopters. Their Gimme Shelter cover is pretty good :)

Black Sabbath - Master Of Reality
Viking Skull - Doom Gloom Heartache & Whiskey
Bad English
Free
Buddy Whittington
Poets & Pornstars

A very eclectic mix, I'd almost forgotten about Bad English but was just browsing the CD's and thought I'd put it on for a change, then remembered why I bought it in the first place!  I have to admit I bought Poets & Pornstars because of Sally Hope (look her up and add her to crushes along with Cristina Scabbia [I really wish she had a nicer surname!]) - but I do like the songs!  Buddy Whittington impressed me playing with John Mayall and his solo album is more of the same.  Viking Skull - make sure you are drinking when listening to it!  Masters of Reality and Free need no explanation from me!
