The Beta Band - Hot Shots II

There was something on telly (think it was a film) the other day and nearly all the music was off this album.  Fuggin brilliant
Advice worth what you just paid for it.

tori amos - abnormally attracted to sin

the glorious days of the first 4 albums are gone forever, but it's much, much better than most reviews say.
Mule, MQ, Stockholm, CS, RY, MM, PK, ANB, CNB, AWP, CWP, PiG90...

too many? ;)

And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead - Source tags and Codes

Not sure if I like it or not yet..

edit - got bored of that so have White Blood Cells by The White Stripes on now :) I dont get why people hate this band, they're probably the best popular/mainstream rock band of the 00s so far. Catchy songs. Jack has awesome tone as well.

Bob Dylan's been costing me a lot of money recently.  Not directly, I have all the Dylan albums I think I'm likely to want but he keeps playing tracks on "Theme Time Radio Hour" that I have to have and that leads me onto buying more by these featured artists.  Case in point this week is I've bought two zydeco albums, one by Clifton Chenier and another by Clarence Garlow.  Who knew accordion could be so groovy?  Both are awesome.  Bon Ton Roulet all the way!

Killswitch Engage.

First it was the latest album, now I'm going onto As Daylight Dies.

Iron Maiden - self titled and Killers

I've said it before but Di'anno > Dickinson. The sound was so much better and much less cheesy. I really hate bruces voice

I really like the track Prowlers, even though I think Papa Roach ripped off the riff.

I've been listening to a lot of Aereogramme as usual, but adding in more great British bands- Fighting with wire and As I watched you from afar. Oh and I've even got an Opeth album! Though it's the non screamy acoustic one, it's pretty good!
Mississippi Queens, Holydiver.

ahh I wish you hadnt said that, now whenever I hear it I hear that papa roach "take my money" lyric over the top of the lead guitar bit haha

Got Gutter Twins - Saturnalia on now, I love this band now I've got into them. The first track of the album, The Stations is so good.
