Queensryche - Operation: Mindcrime

Been hammering this album for over 20 years and I still never tire of it.  Fantastic stuff.

Feeling all melancholy tonight and listening to the most depressing songs I can find at short notice.

The Johnny Cash version of Hurt could push anyone over the edge - something very ominous about it.
I think I hate being indecisive.

Halford - Ressurection

Possibly the best "Priest" album  of the decade
Pissed all over Demolition IMO - no wonder they had to get Rob back in the band
Halford's  gig at the London Astoria 2 was fab

Awesome hard rock album

It's not one of my favourites, there are a couple of tracks I'm not so keen on... but also some mind-bogglingly brilliant stuff like Hard Times, Come in From the Rain and especially Ten Lovers!

Satrianis first album - Not of This Earth - it's cheezy and dated as hell but there's something about the (cr@p) production that I think is fantastic and it takes me back to when I was 14

Christie Front Drive

...and I just re-discovered the old Jimmy Eat World albums. COMPLETELY different sounding band to their more recent (WORSE) stuff.
