Ringing Student Finance England by any chance? I've been trying to get through since thursday as my uni decided to raise their tuition fees (again) without telling me, so my loan amount needs amending otherwise I have to pay the remaining £80 to uni within the next few weeks :x

Yep. They sent the forms i need to sign to get my loan to a house i don't live in yet (and need the loan to pay the rent on)!

The Chickenfoot album.  Wasn't sure at first, but liking it now.

Not loving it, mind you, which is a disappointment - I thought I really would, given the core components of the band.  But I can handle "liking" it...

Er... Black Crowes - Before the Frost... again!!

I haven't done this for years - listened to new album, it finished, and I had to put it on again, all the other things I'm meant to be doing this morning can wait...

I quite liked Warpaint, but after the initial "yeah", I do find it a bit "background music" and I don't listen to it too often - not even commuting, it's the only black crowes album not on my mp3 player, for example.

I'm not sure how this new one will pan out after a few weeks - but I love it :D

Fugazi - Red Medicine. It is most good.


Now its Black Moth Super Rainbow - Eating Us. You should all check out this band, they're so good if you like slow/relaxing/soothing type stuff. The vocals may take a while to grow but when they do they're great.
