Still listening to Jeff Beck's new album E & C.
Its very different from his other stuff but he has some great harmonys going on in the orchestral tracks. He is such a good player and gets such bell like tones from his guitars.

Just got my hands on both of The Gaslight Anthem's album, some superb songwriting and playing.

Oh and ZZ Top Live In Texas from 2008(?) - borrowed it of a mate and I'm actually really liking it.

Caught some of it.
I've never been sure about Mr Drake's music. It seems to be the sort of thing that you have to invest some time in to get to know the songs before they grow on you. I've just never got round to it

Maybe I'll look in to it more

I've always been slightly fascinated by Nick Drake because he's one of the few "interesting" people with the same birthday as me (strangely enough, Charlie Drake - no relation - also had the same birthday).

find myself listening to the Cult.  i have Sonic Temple on in the car, and i had Electric on in the gym last night.  never really listened to them before, and they were cheap on Play so i thought i'd give them a go.  Love might get a spin tonight.
