What is a good wiring to go from 2 bare knuckle nailbombs, to a 3 way selector switch, to a master volume and then to a master tone with coil tap on it for both pups?

You could put push-pull pots on the vol and tone and then just use a normal gibson style 3 way selector.  Check out http://www.guitarelectronics.com for other diagrams.
So many pickups, so little time

You mean a Gibson-style 3-way toggle switch or a Fender-style 3-way slider switch?

If it's a Fender type, why not replace it with a 5-way "superswitch" and use one of the wiring setups Phil K has kindly provided on this thread?:

I'm reluctant to plug Seymour Duncan on the BKP forum, but here's a good diagram from the SD website:

http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/schematics/2h_1v_1t_3w_1pp.html

It uses 1 vol, 1 tone and a 3-way switch.  The push-pull on the volume pot splits both pickups at the same time, but you could make the push-pull the tone control if you wanted.  Or use two push-pulls as Phil King suggested, one to split each pickup.

Just remember the BKP equivalent of Duncan's Black/White/Red/Green colour coding is Red/Green/White/Black.
