I grew up with Not The Nine O'Clock News and Blackadder from series 1 (The Black Adder) so Mr Bean did nothing for me

If we're talking Gregor Fisher let's have Rab C Nesbitt

If you are going to go celtic, then theres good old Father Ted.

Apologies to the US contingent, you are even less likely to understand the following.

Even better and less well known  Chewin the Fat http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/tv/chewinthefat/ (particularly the personality test http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/tv/chewinthefat/personality_test/index.shtml)

BTW for those who don't know Ned = chav

Both classics, if we're going to mention Chewing the Fat then check out the spin off Still Game which is the characters Jack and Victor from the show. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-7m4XhEkKM If your not scottish or at least british good luck trying to figure out what they're saying.

The songs are classics check out backstairs lavy. (thats slang for toilet btw)

I'm gonna go on a Jack & Victor quest for the sketch where they are in the car and need to have a p1ss (a true classic).
