One of my mates sent me a cover of Word Up by a band called Gun, sound like they could be pretty good from what I hear on this cover. Cant seem to find any of their stuff to sample on limewire, so does anyone have a recommendation for a good album by them? Thinking about just getting their greatest hits type thing as its only £6 on play..

Anyone got any songs by em they could upload or send me via msn?

I think their second album Gallus was the best - features a really good guitarist called Alex Dickson who was only in the band briefly but went on to work with Bruce Dickinson. And, err.... Robbie Williams.

The first album Taking on the World is good too.

Yeah, its great. Miles better than that shitety cover that Korn did of it (what can you expect from that band though :lol: )

They sound like a great rock band.

they're great, I've got said best of, after a friend of mine recommended it.

I hear gallus is their best album, but that's hearsay...

the best songs (in my opinion, lol), if you want to youtube them (if they're even on there or had videos) are

A couple of the others on the best of might be good, but I can't remember- it's a while since I listened to it.

There's also a good chance you'll have heard some of those songs before- I think the BBC used to use them a lot for adverts for programmes.
