Weird. It certainly isn't a '66 or '67, because there weren't any LPs produced in those years (or were there?!). The serial number and specs suggest it could be a '69, but is a 69 Les Paul worth £100,000??? Maybe it is.
If someone has put in a "joke" bid, eBay will probably cancel it when they notice.
Perhaps it is legit, but I'm always a bit suspicious when eBay sellers come out with all that "I'm no expert, I've been told that..." stuff. I once saw a Strat that someone had "found in his Dad's garage" or something, and he dropped all these hints that it might be a 60s model etc. But you could tell from the blurry pictures that it was a copy, and not even a good one - the hardware looked cheap, it had a black plastic nut; even the body, headstock and scratchplate shapes were wrong. Then someone bought it for about £650!
