Trilogy Suite Review(Problems)

$%&#ing Hails Guys
I just installed and fitted the Bkps Trilogy Suite
but i think itīs not working properly. or.. something is different from what i used to with the previews brands/pickups.

when you do a sweep , with all the 6 strings.. with the neck pup, itdoesnīt get that WALL of sound. i mean, that Mass of sound... when the tone became a little fat and that tonal characteristic of the neck sweep arpeggio really shines.

i didnīt feel that. itīs like doing and arpeggio sweep with the bridge pup. kinda lacking that wall of sound. fatness etc.

But, at the same time, it doesnīt sound thin, or splited or etc.
and i do feel a lack of output when i switch between the bridge, middle and neck. I feel that the nailbomb Overwhelmīs the Trilogy Suite. Not that MUUCCHH , but considerably! and i expected More highs and a little more output..  i didnīt connect the grounding wire from the guitar shielding to the pickup wiring.can it be the problem!?

Do you think something could be wrong with the installation?

Plus, the nailbomb is Slightly(but enough to give me problems) fatter and bigger in size than the guitar cavity . so, itīs not well fited there. i mean, theres no room enough for it to "Breath" and move .

The Nailbomb is WELL ALIVE AND BREATHING SPEARS. AHAHAHAHAH EXCELLENT pickup. itīs eating the emgs, dimarzios and Seymour duncans in the Launch, breakfast and dinner! ahahahah
iīll sell everything and Bkp all my $%&#ign Guitars!
JP

Thankīs In Advance.

TBH I think it's just because it's a single coil. A single coil will never have the really fat, clear sound of a humbucker. I have a TS neck pickup and I love it. To me it sounds somewhere between a good Strat neck pickup and a neck humbucker. Arpeggios are really clear on mine though, so maybe it is the wiring?

It took me a little while to get used to mine, but now I'm used to it and have an idea how to set amps better, I get some great tones :).

Did you try raising the pickup closer to the strings? Sounds like that may work.

Ah. i put some Foam Beneath the cavity. to help keep the spring, in the right place and the pickup in the right stability.
thankīs Tom

you may need to adjust your amp setting now that you have a new pickup. you may also have the pickup too close to the strings, which is affecting your sustain. no sustain, less wall of sound.

Almost touching the strings? :? You might want to lower it to get more sustain. There will be a height where the sustain starts to drop drastically, I think the best height is slightly lower than that. You can hear that pretty easily on a clean channel - if you have any...

hummmmmm i didnīt  tell the complete history. eheheheh
i tryied it close and far away from the strings.
but,iīll try it again tomorrow, just to make sure.
i first tried it straight into the pc. with the nailbomb too
when i switched to the middle and the neck position.. i didnīt notice the difference.. and then, the highs were cutted, but i realized that my bridge was kinda down.. and then the first 2 strings were touching the sacle and frets
i fixed that problem by adjusting the springs.
in fact, i just changed strings on my charvel and got the trilogy neck installed .
iīll give more tries tomorrow.
Thankīs for the reply.

i didnīt write anything about the tone because i couldnīt perceive it yet/enough to cast a review
