sadly, no BK's involved. i've been trying to convert him to SGs and BKs, but have had no luck as yet. although he's a big Zeppelin fan and he did note how well the Black Dog in my Epi nails the Jimmy Page tone... sadly, as you'll note from the video, he doesn't go for such a tone himself

anyroad, please enjoy some fine geetaring, as Frazzles plays Purple Haze

but nice playing, and I really love his hair

Sounded great to me, even the tone wasnt that bad although too high gain for authentic hendrix..

I so badly want a superstrat, and I too like his hair

Btw, what speakers are in that 2x12? Sounds really good.

i'll pass on the compliments about his hair. it looks impressive enough in the vids, but you should see it in real life...  0_o

nice playing- a bit too hair metal in tone, but definitely nice playing.

I don't see much of the hair, though. :(

there's more videos if you go to my YouTube profile, where you can see his hair a bit better. i was just too lazy to be bothered to link to them all at the time.

gotta love the fingerstyle blues on a beast!  i'd love to see someone like BB King lug one of those babies on stage!

actually, i once saw a country band on tv where the guitar player had a warlock.  an oldish fella too, actually made me watch almost three minutes of country and western, just because of that damn guitar!

your mate Frazzle's quite the player, congrats to him (and yes, nice hair)

Not that I would be anywhere near as fast as the guy, but if I would be his teacher, I'd ask him to turn down the gain, use thicker strings and make sure he has to fight for his notes more, that would bring him closer to a real Jimi attitude.

Please don't get me wrong, it's great as is, just with the sound, the guitar and the overall attitude that comes across, it seems a bit too effortless to really grab me by the balls.

I wanna see a player suffer, fly and die around a song as strong as purple haze.
