Choose me a pickup and cover! (heres a challenge for you)

ok so here goes......im looking for a tone that can do the likes of opeth...shadows fall, children of bodom and possibly some more expressive clean stuff(i guess thats sorta opeth anyways :P) im happy with my neck pup right now but not bridge.....i really like the sound of opeths duncan full shreds...really prog metal expressive voice kind atone....but i also like the shadows fall bodom...emg kinda tone......so what ya think?

As for covers, i have a left handed sz520 in a golden/tobacco burst quit top kinda dealy ...i was thinking either black cover with doucle black allen key bolts(like a warpig covered but without the sticky outy poles they have) and engraved....or uncovered with double alan key bolts (like the full shred) BTW does bkp do there logo on uncovered pickups likke seymour duncan do?

I recommend the Miracle Man & Nailbomb for the tones you are looking for in the bridge.

I also recommend you to get a Neck pickup from BKP.

my favorite one is Cold Sweat  8)  and they go perfectly with Nailbombs & Miracle Mans (actually any high gain contemporary pickups)

whitch of the 2? cuas the miracle man seems to be more to hte rock side like zakk wylde whereas the nailbomb seems more gothy like opeth (tims clip of it has an intro vfery similar to the one for "bleak")

yea ill prolly go cold sweat for neck cuas i love lepermeesa's petruci/tool tone with it....im pretty low on cahs tho cua sim a poor student so that will have to wia tfor later

If it was me I'd keep the existing look of the guitar & go with stock uncovered black.

None of the uncovered pickups I've bought had a logo on the front.  Not sure it's even an option...
