i really loved my EMGs i also love my miracle man i am uncertain as to which i prefer i need to wait until my lead players EMGs arrive so i can compare them both side by side to get a real idea

then ill know whether to get EMGS for my les paul or some more BKs

dunno check out the lost art of empathy on here

www.myspace.com/thefobialeeds

its my mates band listen the lead track compared to the rhythm

thr rhythm player has emgs and the lead player has a nailbomb

then again the second solo does cut through quite well which was done y the rhythm player

Add some more mids to get some more growl out of it.

What is all this talk about EMG's??!!

Screw the EMG, BKP is the way forward.

Nice tone, but yeah as Ratrod said, more mids for that heavy Metallica sound!!

...no

It's the other way around, they have aload of mids and definatley don't scoop them.

no they dont this is a common misbelief if they scooped there mids it woudl be too low in the mix

people jsut scoop theremids and think oh this sounds like metallica when it doesnt really so presume that metallica must scoop there mids
