Behringer USB connector

look what i found on the behringer site

do you think this will be any good? im not shelling out the cash for a amplitude guitar connector thingy, and i guess this would be cheaper.

i already have experience with behringer: my GM108 modeling 10W amp sounds ace and is built like a small safe....

Any thoughts?
