So who else made a snowman today?

On the subject of PC, I just saw on Yahoo news, one school isnt allowing children to make Mothers day cards at school because it could upset children without parents or a mum :roll:

Its still snowing here, not much though but its been going all day :D

It'd suck to have no parents, but I doubt mothers day is the only time parents are around/highly visible... every day parents are picking kids up from school, etc.

Seems a bit retarded- not making mothers day cards is hardly going to make it all better if you have no mum...

School Wasn't closed, but about 3 people turned up.
Most of us went off to the park for a snowball fight.

Pah! Lines!

When we threw snowballs on the all weather pitch, we were simply locked in until we all got cold, wet and miserable

Haha best snow day ever, chucking snowballs at anything that moved, particularly cars, people got so pissed off but that will teach them for having their windows open!

our "snow" came down as rain... and lots of it! i had 3 exams today, so even if there was snow, the day would still be awful!!! i think i may have got a D in RE....

anyway, it was very disappointing.

:lol:  I almost got into a fight with a few people because they tried to start a snowball fight with me. One thing you should never do is try to start something with me if I don't know you, because I'll lash out  :lol:

I think that people having life is offensive to those who are dead and so we should all die..........
It is pathetic that a little snow brings everything to a halt.I had a hairy drive across country this morning but it was all gone tonight. Like Ben, my son thinks it is pathetic-he lives in Columbus Ohio and I gather it was minus 15 degrees there a few days ago. He thinks our weather is balmy in comparison.

We only get snow like once a year though or even less sometimes, so i think they should let us enjoy it whilst it's there, you could see everyone enjoyed it in our town.

School was closed to my dismay. Meant band organisation went to shite and didn't get any time to jam.

Anyway, here in Palmers Green opened the door to about 4-5 inches. :o
