BK Black and screen to pot, then it depends on which wires were on the outside tags of the switch, I am guessing that the BK red should go there and the white&green to the tag inside this.

I tried again before i saw this post and everything works apart from the bridge position!!! How $%&#ing gay is that. I honestly don't know what i'm doing wrong here.

floyds are a bitch when you dont know what your doing, but find a good page on the net to help and you'll be able to do it, then your sorted for life....
