What value POT's would you use

which value POT's would be best in my tele?

I've got some Country Boys on the way and i'm doin the 4-way mod. Also have some 250k and 500k CTS POT's spare at the min. I have both a 0.022uf and 0.047uf orange drop caps too but was going to experiment with them and see which i like the best.

I would go with the 250K pots + either value of cap would be fine.  0.047 is more suited to the single coil/Tele but if you want less roll off, the 0.022 would do fine.
