New Forum Section?

Hey all,

I'm noticing a slight hole in this forum, in that there isn't actually anywhere to post topics on things related to playing, technique and learning songs, do you reckon Tim and the guys would give us a seperate section on the forum for everything chops related? Do you guys feel the need?

We in this forum are always busy soldering and plugging in and out stuff in our guitars as well as optimising the setup of our guitars, amps and FX. We hardly have time to play or speak about it  8)

I think all new developments on the forum will be on hold until a) the new web site is complete and b) Tim's finished tracking for the new Iced Earth. That's a guess, however. Based on what I heard from Tim last week, however, it seems like he's burning the candle at both ends, the middle, and is having a side-candle installed to handle the excess!

I'm just glad I had 3 or 4 years decent practice under my belt before I discovered internet forums!

While we're at it, let's have a section for reviews of other gear - Like the EQ pedal that gwEm just put - I'd love to put some of my gear through its paces in a review.
