Hails Fellows
i would like to hear/know from you if that guitar, ESP MII DELUXE is a good choice to downtune to either B or C Standard.
and what gauge do you suggest me to use.

Iīm geting it in a trade iīm doing for my Ibanez Prestige. i just gave up on ibanez guitars
didnīt get used to the backwards position of the bridge.

that looks kickass. I don't get along with the nut width of a lot of the ESP's ( ) but there's no denying the quality of those MIJ esps. they're really nice.

EDIT: though, it doesn't have a tone knob... ;)

Heads up with the ESP, they're great.

MII is an amazing guitar, I love every version I have ever played, and my mate has the urban camo standard, which I love to bits.

Only thing to warn you about is that the neck is chunky for a superstrat, nothing like a Wizard neck - More like an SG neck.

It's fine for downtuning, and I've seen it done a couple of times.

Good luck on the buy man, the deluxe ones are ace.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHHH YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME.
always funny comments(at least i found it funny, ahahaha and instructional at the same time)

well, i didnīt dig the ibanez bridge. the way they fitted it in the bot itīs a little bit backwards than what iīm used to the charvel, les pauls and strats i have played
do you agree with that? when i palm mute the Blastpicking commonly used in Black metal and death metal, it sounds not palm muted and with a lot of noise. the pick  attacking the strings  noise .
so i gave upon the ibanez
now i have other ibanez to part ways. the new rg 570 i got.
ahahahah and iīm still paying.
this is an infamous situation
ahahahahahahahahahahah

You sound drunk mate >_>

Anyway, I'd keep the 570 just in case you want a change at a later date.

That looks nice! if you get it and tune down to B. Try using a set of D'addario 13-62's. I use a 60 on my Low B on my 7 string and 60-62 works really well for that tuning.

62!? That must be so tight! I use 9-52's on my 7, but i do prefer a lighter feel to strings. However, each to their own! :) What i like to do with a downtuned 6 string is use a pack of my 9-52 7's, but take out the middle string (.24 i think)- nice and light top, with a 'fat' bottom :)
