Best nut for a non-locking trem?

What would you say is the best kind of nut for a non-locking trem, in terms of tone and stable tuning?
I'm considering a Graphtech but what about carbon or any other options? I know an LSR would be great for tuning but I prefer plain black if possible.

Earvana is what I have on my ESP, to me it's just a nut, but everyone seems to want them and they're very desirable...

And I don't think LSRs are that great, I've heard of them sucking out sustain by quite alot.

Graphtec.

I've got their Tusq spec on my SG with Maestro vibrola.  I don't use the wobble bar but loads of people complain of tuning issues with the Maestro.  No probs with mine at all, and I'm pretty heavy on pick attack, string bends and vibrato  ;)

+1 for Tusq.  I have it on a lot of guitars and it works great.  It is also easier to work with than the graphite ones.   It is a little brighter than bone, but not too much.  I also have the Earvana on a couple of guitars and it is ok too.

Graphite is usually the most lubericated material you can use, I have a Graphite nut and string trees on my Fender and it stays in tune very well.

There's also something called Delrin. It's some sort of self lubricating stuff.
