The new album is mental
Looking on the DVD they use a 5150 "that tone is #$%!& sick" into 4 x 12 1960b non angled marshall cabs.
Theres a rack with a pod and a few other things but i think its mostly the 5150.

Goin to see em in Glasgow in June with Lamb of God and Drowning Pool. Cannot wait!!

Hehe although 5150's do have a Godly distortion tone, thats not just what he uses, he has basically fillling cabbinettes of boss pedals all set up, if you watch when they're setting his gear up on stage, you should see them bring out one mother of a midi pedal, he bassically has every combination of pedal he uses wired up on that.

It's a very meaty tone though.

Mhmm I'm not familiar with their albums but my favorite songs...

Desire to Fire; AWESOME friggin' riff. Heavy as hell.
The Season Withers Away: That chorus riff is just... wow. Very simple but the first time I heard it.
Imperium: Obviously... What a song...Melody, heavyness... dunno. It has something.

So far it seems Through the Ashes of Imperium and Burning Red are my favorite. I have Supercharger but it's meh. I haven't listened to the More Things Changed yet.
