Nice one. Only the Warpig has that bottom end growl.

This clip should answer some of the shredder's questions.

That sounds fecking awesome. I used to have a V-amp but could never get tones like that. Now I have a BKP guitar I might just invest in another one. Can't go wrong for £70.

Excellent clip

Cheers!
Well, i should probably say that it´s a V-amp 2....
With "drive" on and stereo out i get really great sounds (IMHO)...especially as i go straight into a cr@ppy soundblaster card!!

Jättekul!  That certainly clarifies the answer to how the Warpig sounds when soloing: .

In what kind of guitar do you have this pickup loaded?  Or what kind of body wood is it?

It is a lovely lamp. It would be better with a couple Nailbombs though.

I have Apaches in mine. They do the business as far as I am concerned but there will be others who have other views. I get the feeling you like to make a bit of noise so maybe they are not for you.

I love some noise, but I also love some sweet, bell-like single coil tones.  I've long had it in mine that I need a single-coil-loaded -- or at least SSH --guitar (preferably with thru-neck) to get some of the Jerry Garcia tones I love as much as the "tone o' lead" heavy rock/metal tone :)  I've already decided that Apaches are probably the way forward there, though I haven't decided exactly what guitar will take me there (without breaking the bank).  I like Teles better than Strats, so I have thought about something like a Nashville Power Tele, reloaded with BKPs :)

Mmm, I just remembered my first electic, still sitting in my parent's house in the States, a Charvel/Jackson Charvette thingy, SSH with Floyd Rose ... Haven't played it in ages, but I bet it would sound a lot better with good BKP pickups :)  Don't want a whammy for my pseudo-Garcia guitar, though; gotta be fixed bridge ....
