my EQ pedal and my practice amp (GM108) are outstanding. that is just being snobbish.

I've never ever ever played anything good by Behringer.

Ever.

And I've played a fair bit, seeing as my mate has 6 of their pedals, and they use Behringer practice amps at Roundhouse which I've played through.

whats the HM-3 sound like? I've always been interested.

Like a MT-2 and Fuzz combined. Very big sound, not very defined, but fat. Reminds me of the early Stockholm sound (Entombed and the like).
Current BKPs: Miracle Man, Nailbomb, Juggernaut, VHII
Past BKPS: Holy Diver, Trilogy Suite, Sinner, Black Dog

apparently their mixers and stuff are pretty good for the money, but the guitar pedals are kinda shitee and break way too easy

rofl they're weak as hell, but why would you stomp incredibly hard on a pedal anyway?????? they sound fine, the components are fine, they are just weaker than their competitors.
i would never stomp on mine, i would only press it with my foot.
if you break it, that will teach you not to abuse your gear.

Gotta go with the flow, Behringer make some great ENTRY-LEVEL gear... but I would never, ever recommend it to anyone with a clear conscience unless they were a pretty recent starter to guitar who was looking for a bit of harmless experimentation with sounds and stuff.

I used to have a V-Amp, woah... that was a serious turd. Thankfully I had a dumb mate who bought it off me!

Hahaha most definately. Where would we be without them? I got my money back on the thing... and to think, he actually wondered why I walked away from his house, stroking a bunch of twenties and grinning like a Cheshire Cat.

Indeed I do.. it just needs some tweaking, once you know what sounds good and what doesnt you can get some good tones from it. I only really use it for low-volume practise and quick recordings when I cant be arsed to mic up my amp and it works great for that :D
