Hey, getting better everytime I hear it :)
I do like the MM tone, and you're getting a good growl out of it there.
Makes me want to do a Megadeth track now ... hmmmmm.

Yep, def!
I guess your tone isn't as scooped as it sounds then? There are a few threads in here on mics, judging by the quality of some of the recordings I guess they know their sh*t too :)

no i actually have my mids quite high.

Im thinking of gettinga sennheiser USB mic just for ease ofnot having to buy a seperate preamp and mixer.

apparently the quality is just under that ofa sm57

i like it. but, for some wierd reason, it gave me a headache because the guitar is set to only the left side. you need to even it out.

Sounds a bit too scooped for my liking, but it's still a brutal tone as always :P Catchy tune this is.

Yeah im really glad.

I'm still stumped as to what pickups to put in the les paul, i was thinking Nailbomb but wouldn't that be too darkin such a thick bodied mahogany guitar?

I wouldn't think so... infact, after hearing them through my ibanez SA i think it would be more suited to a thicker bodied guitar.

Heck, it'd be different, AND you could buy my nailbomb bridge if you wanted   i need something with less output for the ibanez... ala mule/black dog or maybe emerald...

I have a Nailbomb in an all mahogany Explorer and so does HTH, we both love it, sounds so good, great articulation and very versatile.

Hmmm i may take youup on that offer. Is it covered on uncovered because i either want it uncovered or gold covered as i want it to match the hardware but id rather have uncovered than chrome coverd as it willlook better
