Stand up or Guitar god?

I still can't decide!

Best guitar related video I've ever seen on youtube, and the fact that it's of my favourite guitarist is totally unrelated.

Watch, celebrate, laugh and gasp.

Definitely a Guitar God.  Who just happens to be a very funny guy.

I really don't enjoy shred guitar nowadays, but Mattias Eklundh is fantastic, and the humour seems to come through in the music too.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

The nice thing is he can actually come up with decent songs too.

The only problem is people are likely to to try and label him as a Zappa wannabe.

Which would be a very unfair thing for them to do (as Zappa was never the only person to have a sense of humour and a fixation for odd subject matter)

I picked up his cd Freak Guitar-The Road Less Traveled last year and it's some very cool stuff. He's a huge Zappa fan so I don't think he'd mind the Zappa-wannabe label

Oh he may not mind that label, bu I think he deserves so much more credit than that :)

I would love to have heard what would have happened if the two of them had worked together <sigh>
