... because I've decided on the pickups I'm going to get.
Pair of Cold Sweats for my Les Paul, Pair of Riff Raffs for my semi-acoustic... but I have a problem.
Do I take the risk that the guy who put the pickups in my SG will mess up again (then again, I did get my guitar painted for next to nothing, so it's an ill wind)?

If worst comes to the worst, I'd fit the pickups in your Les Paul for you :)

I live just outside Nottingham, so don't think it's too far from you?
Selling lots of gear, enquire within!......

My good luthier buddy at www.deltaresonatorguitars.co.uk would do it.  Obviously he specializes in making resonators, but he also builds electrics.  He's a master of setups too.
Advice worth what you just paid for it.

Thanks folks. I'll have a think. Sutton is... very handy with regard to buses. Beeston is, not quite so handy, but  (shrug).

Anyway, thanks folks.
