What do you think? I like the first one but I'm not too impressed by the other.

First one's ok, second one's just fussy and awkward. There's just no point in this kind of stuff existing.

Bloody oath, when the hell are they going to release Chinese Democracy!!?? I think it has the world record for the most expensive album ever made, and it'll probably be shite anyway.

Slash = GnR

therefore,

No Slash = No GnR

Actually it has the world record for the most expensive album never made.

And if Slash and Duff aren't in it, it's not Guns n' Roses IMHO.

The songs are a far cry from Appetite, innit.

yeah, but in fairness, that WAS 20 years ago.  although some of these songs have been knocking about nearly as long!!

i saw the original Guns live, and Axl's voice was a weak point, great at the start of the show but totally buggered by half way through.  saw the new Guns last summer, and while the show as a whole was a self indulgent mess, his voice was incredible!  and it sounds fabulous on the first of those clips.
cry HAVOC!! and let slip the pigs of war!!!

I wanted to hate it, but dont, quite. But considering each song took 1.3 yeras to write, I'm decidedly unimpressed.

Thats about 2000 hours per minute of music, given 6 min songs. It reeks of insecurity that it wouldnt be well recieved, rather than any creative genius.

I don't like both of the songs. 1st reason: Axle's voice is clearly using a pitch corrector on both tracks,  :roll:  2nd reason: it's not really GnR with more than 50% of the original band missing.  PDT_038
