Jazzy jam with Mule neck
« on: June 03, 2007, 12:27:03 AM »
A friend of mine at the SD Forum (Strangesound) made a cool jazz backing half a year ago. I recorded my part today. Please don't ask me why I hadn't done so earlier.

Jazz Project

First solo is Adrian - he's a sick guitarist, btw -, my part starts around 2:20. I played my Artist w/ Mules into Toneport, AC-30 model. I used the neck position for this track.

This is really good. Could you share the backing? Sounds like fun to jam over.

Love that style, so relaxed and laid back, fits very well into a sunday afternoon.

Listening to you I thought you might like this one as well (a current favourite of mine):

Love this sound, beautiful tone. Excellent backing track to.

Just out of interest is there any decent place on the net that has half decent backing tracks to jam over?

Thanks for the comments, guys! I'm quite a beginner, though. I need to start practicing.

Lifted, I posted a question about this (LP vs jazzbox pickups) a long time ago, here's the link.

Tom, here's the track. Thanks to Adrian Czarnecki!

Scott, here's a site with lots of backing tracks. Thanks to Adlibmusic from TGP.

Hunter, thanks for the link! I love John Mayer's playing.
