Noob here  - hello! Thin Lizzy track (Warriors) done using my Les Paul with Mules (unpotted). Recorded through Marshall JMP50W with Shure SM57. Hope this might be of interest to anyone considering Mules.

Don't think I've quite got the sound of the original track but I was aiming for something vaguely 70s ish. Anyway, the Mules do an excellent job!

I really dig that! Sounds really good, very nice tone. That amp sounds so good, very vintage! I take it you own the real amp? 8)

Thanks. Yes, I bought the amp used about 20 years ago then, 7-8 years ago, I decided I was bored with it and tried to sell it - but I couldn't find anyone that wanted it! So, I was stuck with it but once I bought a THD Hotplate that allowed me to turn the volume up the amp was transformed. I wouldn't part with it now. It's not the most versatile amp around but what it does, it does well.
