I'm gonna go a bit more modern with mine!

1. Cedric Zavala (At the Drive-In/Mars Volta)
2. Chino Moreno (Deftones)
3. Immi (Imogen Heap/Frou Frou)
4. Jamie Lenman (Reuben)
5. Frank Turner (Million Dead/Frank Turner)

All have distinctive, unique voices and write kickass songs  :D

Freddie Mercury The one and only!

Eric Adams Who would otherwise be able to stand Manowar's music?

Judit Holofernes From "Wir sind Helden". Talk about redefining the upper range, perfectly clear voice.

Max Cavalera If I had to record a "real" metal album, I'd hope Max would shout on it. That's a voice! Listen to some of the live stuff.

Shery Crow Because she can sing stuff everybody else would sound off-key in. Best on her bluesy stuff IMO.
Current BKPs: Miracle Man, Nailbomb, Juggernaut, VHII
Past BKPS: Holy Diver, Trilogy Suite, Sinner, Black Dog

My top 5, ranked in order:

1) Freddie Mercury - the best ever.  Period.
2) James Hetfield - for his growl and stage presence.
3) Bon Scott - for his tongue-in-cheek loveable rogue persona.
4) Steve Tyler - for his showmanship and range.
5) David Coverdale - for his distinct voice and his soulful singing.
