The acoustic album with Overkill on it is AMAZING, Start Something. Just him, an acoustic and maybe an overdubbed acoustic  here and there. Awesome voice.

And he's Scottish also, just like the AC/DC guys emigrated to Oz when they were younger, kinda explains his unique voice   :)

his 'whining' (which i agree- is what it is in a way), MAKES the songs...

its like Plant and Zeppelin... Plant's relative odd whining (which again- is basically what it is in many cases) adds something to the overall effect.


i dunno... i guess it's a love/hate thing
