I've seen more impressive racks.

no doubt afghan dave will show us an example of one of these "better racks" shortly.

Apologies for my tardiness in posting - normal service has now been resumed.

He's a pretty unique player. His music is hard to 'get', Very odd and out there.

Vernon Reid was awesome in the early days of Living Colour.  The only band I've ever seen 3 times in a week.  I've even got their autographs.

Then I bought the album he did with Bill Frisell and didn't get it at all   :? .
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

IMO the most incredible/laughable racks have come from Steve Lukather, but some of you probably have seen worse. Vai and Van Halen have had pretty huge "refridgerator racks" too.
Current BKPs: Miracle Man, Nailbomb, Juggernaut, VHII
Past BKPS: Holy Diver, Trilogy Suite, Sinner, Black Dog

All that gear, yet such boring sound and tone.

WTF is he doing in U2 with a name like "The Edge" anyway...

He should be the neck GnR guitarist!
My last FM.

You're jealous! Did I mention he has 800 guitars, give or take a few?

It's OK, half the guitar playing world is jealous of him. I love that old Explorer of his and I'm still mad at him for throwing and kicking that Ric 360 on the ground.

Yep - I know this has been on this forum (several) times already but I still find it hilarious  :D

I thought Tony Blair was going to be a peace ambassador now he is no longer PM - didn't think he would go into competition with Tim and start hand winding pickups.

I was at Radio City in the 10th row the night he broke the headstock off the explorer!   He lost it with the bouncers and threw the guitar into the air as he went forwards, perhaps he thought the guitar tech would catch it, but there was no one around and it landed on the stage.
So many pickups, so little time

I saw them twice in a week when they supported Anthrax back in 1988 at the Hammersmith Odeon.

I'm scared of too many LEDs.
