100W amp into 90W cab?

If i run it quietly; i.e. bedroom volume and a bit louder, is it likely to damage the speakers?

Nope, I run a 100 W Marshall thro' various cabs loaded with different (single) speakers ie, 20 watt GM12's , 60 watt V30's in order to get different recording tones etc. As long as you meter the volume its no problem.

Just make sure the impedance is set correctly.
