well just jumping back to the topic
i think zakk only uses the 11-70 for studio
and then on the road uses the 10s for everything, and a little bit of a mix for ozzy
but his downtuning would make the strings more managable... so i don't think they are in they're prime whilst in standard

I would not recommend using the ZW set in standard tuning; the problem is not the .60 E-string, but the .52 A-string.
