Dream Theater, Using Nailbomb

Well I got my Digitech "Bad Monkey" killer over drive pedal and decided to use it to push the Cornford Hurricane a bit further into over drive.. I really like the basic tone of this Cornford and this Digitech pedal just gives it that push it needs.. STUNNING!

Anyway without further a doo! here's the clip.
Bare in mind I don't have a whammy bar so some of those whammy parts i've not been able to play right.. anyway here goes.

cheap guitar mic worth £20 straight infront of the V30, take a copy of the recording pan is hard right soak it in reverb and lower the volume on it. take the main track have it louder and 30% left put a room reverb on that.
All done in Cool Edit Pro 2.0.

nothing spectacular.

Stonking tone! One of my fave pieces of Petrucci too, good choice. :D
