I found this tab today from Steve Vai. Supposedly it was from an issue of Guitar World or some other magazine - Steve Vai's 10 hour guitar workout. Have a look:

To add to the list, Frank Gambale's Chopbuilder is great, although the production is a bit cheesy the routines are very good.

I remember that from Guitar World.  I felt tired after just reading it.

In order to do 'crazy patterns' you need to have a firm foundation in the basics, as well as be warmed up or you can permanently damage your hands.

As my sifu says, you can own it or you can rent it. If you want to rent your technique, then that's your own business. But if you want to own it, you have to put in the time. There are no shortcuts!!

:D If you over do it with a Riff Grip you`ll give yourself Tendonitous or RSI. use it for about 15 minutes a day. Also its good to use as a warm up for 5 minutes before playing.

Give us the keys - You've only got 20 acres, BKP has 43!

Then you'll have loads of time to practice =)
