Virgin media are giving good service

just got a knock at the door delivery guys there with my wireless router for testing there new wireless services

says wasnt meant to be here till tomorrow but it was on his way home...

im pretty impressed especially as i only signed up for the testing thismorning

Pah. They couldn't put the service in my flat, flat was all wired up for ntl when the building was renovated, but not wired to the hub outside.

Cue them billing me for the first month, me cancelling, then them taking it out by direct debit anyway.

Still got a cheque for £70 the other day from them. Double the amount they took by DD. AND I got the DD back at the bank.

Excellent customer service, can't count though.

ahh, well the only c--k ups ive had with them are i originally asked for 2mb they put me on 512k

after me bitching at them for an hour they gave me 4mb for £10 a month

then when they sent out the tv equipment they neglected to scan the smart card so i couldnt activate it, they then sent me out a replacement and told me i could have the first 3 months free

so all in all i got a better deal.
